Does the fee structure in a B- school vary with category quota of a candidate ?

The fees structure varies college to college and depends on the course as well- MBA/PGDM, duration of the course and other factors. Based on caste category the fees is rarely decided. It can be possible in few bschools but mostly has the same fees structure for all.
There are education loans and scholarships provided by the institutes.
