Well it cannot be said certainly that the opening closing ranks will change or not. It depends on how many seats are left vacant in all the colleges, and if any particular college is in the scope based on the rank. Previously, there hasn't been much changes in the 7th round cut offs, for sc category female candidates. But nothing can be predicted. It may or may not change.
