Am a Pondicherry resident, in all india counseling neet pg in which category I will come under general or obc?? I have obc certificate non creamy layer

Yes, vokkaliga comes under backward in karnataka state. So this caste comes in Reservation under 3A and 3B category, so yes vokkaliga caste comes under OBC category in Central list.
