Does working in rural area for two years, even under contract basis enough to get the rural area quota in Pgimer?

PGIMER Chandigarh reserves 5% of the total seats for candidates who are working or have rendered their services in any rural area (with a population less than 5000) for a period of at least two years until December 31 or June 30 for the January and July session respectively.
