Doing 12th from different board cbse and home state and passing legal or not? Sessions are different not clashing like 2015-17 and 2017-19.

In most of the cases there is no problem in doing this because its completely upto you what you have to do but I would suggest you that you apply for any professional course instead of trying this again and again.
