Hello,
The Domasile (Domicile) or state reservation count for admissions or scholarships is usually considered from the class in which you first enrolled in a school within that state. In most cases, it is counted from class 1 up to the current class or the last class completed in that state. For exact rules, you should check the specific state education board or scholarship guidelines, as some schemes may require a minimum number of years of study in the state.
Hope this helps you.
