Domicile/Residency certificate means what? Electricity bill can be domicile certificate or not?

Domicile statws that person belongs to particular state from past 10 years and shows the proof of residence.
On other hand Electrical city bills contains asdress as well and hence it can be classified as residency Certification.
You cannot club both documents, you can provide any one of them.
You can also produce your Voter ID, Adhar card and Passport as alternative documents for admission.
