Government Medical Colleges do not have Management Quota. This rule is applied across all Medical Colleges including GMC Kottayam. 15% of the seats are filled through All India Counselling and the remaining 85% seats are filled through State Counselling and you need to hold the State's domicile to participate in State Counselling with the exception of Karnataka because Karnataka is an open State.
