First of all do not be disheartened. You are still yound and there are many options you can go for.
You can go for graduation in B. Tech or B.Sc in your preferred subject and after that go for government job exams such as SSC, UPSC, Bank exams, Defence Exams.
Or if your interest is in design you can apply for National Institute of Design or National Institute of Fashion Technology. They are the premium institutions of India in design world.
There are many other options depending upon your interests, so explore and find what suits you best.
