Due to some neurological disease I was unable to register myself in JEE mains examination .....so can I appear in only the last attempt .....

Your profile suggests that you are in class 12th, it is completely ok even if you have not applied for JEE main 2021 February March and April season you can still appear in JEE main last / May session 2021

It totally depends upon   students when it comes to how many sessions out of the 4 sessions they want to attempt. One is free to  appear in all the four session or only in 3 sessions or only two  sessions or even  only one session , so it's entirely student's choice.

Once the application window gets released, you can fill the jee main May session application form  in online mode following  the given below steps -

*registration :- you need to register using your name, mobile number  and email id to generate your login credentials

*then fill the form, you will have have to provide your personal, academic/educational and contact details.

*and after that you need to  go for uploading your documents

*then pay the application fee : application fee is  Rs 650 for male candidates from  general /ews /obc category . For females  /sc/st/trans / pwd candidates application fee is only Rs 325

*finally take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference

Yes you can appear for the last attempt of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains as the registration process for JEE main last session did not begin due to the ongoing pandemic you can register when the process begins. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the registration process for the last session due to the surge in COVID cases. As the situation is under control it is expected that the NTA will soon release the application form. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. NTA will release the new JEE Main exam date 2021 for upcoming sessions soon.
