Due to the NTA System,even the people who got 500 rank last year got 18788 rank this year. Will this have any effect on JEE-ADV cutoff?

No, jEE advance cutoff is separate it won't be affected.
JEE advance cutoff depends in following factor

No.of candidate applied for JEE advance
Toughness of the paper
Level of the questions asked in paper

These are some of the main factor on which jEE advance cutoff depends.
