If you are asking for DU JAT application forms, then let me tell you that the forms are not released yet. The forms have been delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the new dates will be intimidated later. The exam however is tentativily scheduled to be in between 2-9 June, 2020. You can keep a check on the official Website for updates.
