The Counselling for NEET 2020 might be held in August/September. So if your EWS Certificate is valid until September 2020, then you are fine and you can use that Certificate during document verification. But if the validity of your EWS Certificate expires before September 2020, you need to reapply because then this certificatte becomes invalid.

No need it will be sufficient. EWS certificate should valid at the time of NEET application date that's it

I made my EWS certificate on 4th July 2019 .so Is this certificate is valid or invalid ? For neet counseling on October 2020

The validity of your EWS certificate is 1 financial year. Yours expired and so you need to renew it. Now the certificate you hold is invalid.
