during documents verification of upsee counseling my obc caste is changed to general how can i claim against it. no one is responding to mail also

Well this is very unfortunate and you will have to take action as soon as possible or you be allotted a seat as general candidate. But you must also ensure that you obc certificate was valid because if it was rejected then there must be some issue with that and if you are sure about its authenticity and validation then you can contact on information give below.
