[Eamcet - Telangana] If father's income is high, does it effect candidates eligibility for someone applying in BCE category.

As far as my knowledge goes income certificate needs to be provided in case u plan to avail the govt scholarship etc. The said 4% reservation is applicable for all the sub categories that come under BC E category. Kindly update 

Why do you think the income certificate is asked? To distinguish between OBC NCL (Non creamy layer)  and Creamy layer. Well creamy layer comprise of those who have an income over and above the specified limit of 8 lakhs. So even if you belong to the OBC category that is listed but your income surpasses 8 lakhs, then you cant avail the scholarship or reservation. This differentiation is only for the OBC category.As of now the stance of the govt regulations is this. However, if the Telangana Govt specifies otherwise then the modalities will change. As of now it is not specified by them. So we will have to wait till counselling starts before they will announce the complete details.
