Eamcif I get 104733 rank in eapcet exam can we get free seat in btech for Bc-A category?

With a rank of 1,04,733 in Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET/EAPCET), getting a 100% free seat under the normal BC-A category fee reimbursement rules may be difficult.
