Hello,
I hope you are doing fine, As such, one cannot compare these two branches. Both are very good in their fields IT is preferred by people who could not get into Computer Science. You will have coding stuffs in IT branch. Computer Science and IT are almost same, few subjects may differ in the last semester. But companies hiring will not differentiate between Computer Science and IT. Both branches will have same placements. So if you want to take Computer science but not getting, Choose IT.
Now talking about ECE: It is a very vast field and has lots of scope in the future With the development of Internet Of Things(IOT),ECE will have the greatest demand. Smart Cities projects will require ECE graduates. So, you can be assured that when you pass out after 4 years, there will be lots of opportunities for you. You will also find many ECE graduates doing coding and getting placed in IT companies. This is because ECE require some sort of analytical and coding skills.
So, both fields are very good and have tons of scope. Choose a course according to your interest
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.
Good Luck
