This is a vague question. Hence there is no accurate answer because we cannot generalise an engineering branch for all the girls.

Electronic engineering (also called electronics and communications engineering) is an electrical engineering discipline which utilizes nonlinear and active electrical components (such as semiconductor devices, especially transistors and diodes) to design electronic circuits, devices, integrated circuits etc.

Electronic engineering certainly has a good scope and there is no reason why a girl should not pursue it. If you have interest and opportunity, you should definitely go for it.
