To apply for EAMCET counselling through JEE Mains, i.e. thorugh B category, you'll need to visit the college's website. They release a notification in their respective website. Note that for some colleges, you'll just need to visit the college physically for admissions under B category. For example, for SVPEC, here is the link to how to proceed for admissions(B category):
