hi i am not sure which entrance you mean, as NEET has been already mentioned , i will tell you about AIIMS.
All India Institute of Medical sciences will be conducting their exam on MAY 27TH 2018 and online registration starts from february 2018. it is a single gate way for admission across all AIIMS in country. the pattern will be as follows
PHYSICS-60 QUESTIONS
CHEMISTRY-60 QUESTIONS
BIOLOGY -60 QUESTIONS
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND CURRENT AFFAIRS-20 QUESTIONS
Please do note that there would be negative marks and also make sure that you prepare well for Assertion and reasoning type of questions.
ELIGIBILITY-To fulfill the AIIMS MBBS 2018 eligibility criteria, the candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. The minimum aggregate of the marks General and OBC candidates need to have scored in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in their Class 12 or HSC examination must be 60%.Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OPH category should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in these four subjects in their Class 12 or HSC examination.Candidates with CGPA grades only will have to apply the conversion factor in the AIIMS MBBS 2018 application form. The Conversion Factor should be as approved by their respective Examination Boards.Foreign candidates nominated by the Government of India are required to have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in their Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination.

Upper limit : no
Unreserved Category (UR)Born before 1st January 2002

Qualification Criteria
Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed the higher/senior secondary examination or ISCE which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after a period of 12 years study.
Subjects: Candidates must pass the above qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology & Mathematics or any other elective subjects with English.
Minimum Marks: Candidates must secure minimum 50% marks (GEN), 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC), 45% marks (GEN PH) & 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC-PH) taken together in PCB subjects.
Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are in the 12th standard can also apply. They must have to show the passing certificates complying with the percentage criteria at the time of first round of counselling.
Candidates must be the citizen of India.
NRIs (Non-Resident Indians), OCIs (Overseas Citizen of India), PIOs (Persons of Indian Origin) & Foreign Nationals can also apply.

- You should have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission. There si no upper age limit.
