Hello Raja,
If you want to do post graduation in mechanical means M.Tech the you have to apply for GATE exam.
If you will score good marks, then you can take admission in IITs, NITs otherwise you have options of private college.
There are state level entrance exam also available for m.tech like UPSEE etc.
