The state cut-off marks for NEET UG examination change on a year-to-year basis depending upon the number of students appearing in the examination and the difficulty level of the question paper. It will be difficult to predict what the exact marks that would be required for admission to ESIC, Faridabad this year. However, to give you an idea the cutoff marks for 2017 for BC-A and BC-B category in ESIC, Faridabad were 536 and 565. So a score around 570 and above should be able to get you through.
