It is all about practice , generally filling a single block can take 5 seconds , which means all 180 blocks will take 15 minutes in total , if you are taking more time try to practice same either on OMR sheets or rough page , this will surely help you out , don't worry.

Hello candidate,
If you are facing problems to fill all the 180 purpose within in time of 15 to 20 minutes in the neet examination, then you surely need to work out on your speed.
First of all, you have to solve all the questions as much as you can within the the 150 minutes of the allotted time and then feel out all the attempted questions in their respective bubbles within the last 30 minutes.
Try to attempt as many mock tests as possible to improve your speed.
