Everywhere I see MBAs are said stressful jobs,no jobs,no work-life Balance,no growth!!to what extent it is true ???help please
MBAs in the current state are best placed to get a job as compared to others. However, your perspective and attitude is what matters. The first 3 years in any job are for learning than earning, especially for MBAs. Once you prove your contribution to an organization and learn in the process, your growth shows a northward trend. And doors open up within an organization or outside.
My advise to you would be to look fora job that excites you, interests you enriches, you and helps your learning. That would also ensure that the extra time is spent because you are interested in learning. It would take away the slog out of you and gets you excited about the opportunity and future.
To answer more specifically, every job is stressful if you don't enjoy the process. Jobs are in plenty, especially for MBAs if you have the right attitude. Growth is northward if you contribute to organization growth. Work life balance changes for different people and in different organizations.

And there is unlimited growth opportunities for the deserving candidate.
All the best!
