75% is  a secure percentage that you can get any college is you have 75% in your board exam. So it is better that you have 75 % minimum.

As per jee mains exam the eligibility is  Candidates should have passed class 12th or any other equivalent qualifying examination in 2020, 2021, or appearing in 2022.

And if you want to get admissions into IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFTIs,
For B.TECH

the candidates should have secured minimum 75% marks (65% for SC/ST category candidates) or should fall under the top 20 percentile of their respective boards.

B.Arch

Should have scored 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2 or equivalent.
