Dear Aman,

Just keep checking the dates of IPU CET and COMEDK UGET. Either of them may change or revise the examination dates. If that happens, you can apply for both. If not, you can see and apply for the exam which is higher on your priority list and can ensure a seat to you as per the various eligibility criteria.

Also, through IPU CET, you will be eligible for admission to Government as well as private engineering institutes which are participating in IPU CET for admissions, while through COMEDK UGET, you will be eligible for admission into private colleges only within the state of Karnataka. Through IPU CET, if you want admission in government institutes, then you need to meet the domicile criteria, as 100% seats are offered only to the candidates belonging to that particular state/UT where the institute is located.
