Except the 15%AIQ seats, is there any state that offers seats to students from outside the state? If so, kindly give the name of the states.

Hello,
you cannot apply for govt college in any other state if you dont have domecile, however you can apply for private or deemed colleges which conduct own counselling.Management quota is easiest way if you can afford to pay donation.
