Hey Lalith,
There are a lot of good law colleges like NLU Jodhpur, NLU Kolkata, NLU Delhi etc. For all these prestigious colleges there are several national law examinations. For example there's CLAT, AILET. All these colleges have a special NRI quota but note your friend has to be Indian but not a resident to be a part of NRI Quota.
