vitamin b12 is also known as cobalamin since it contain cobalt.this is essential for the formation of blood cells.vitamin b12 is aproduct of bacterial metabolism.and it acts as coenzyme responsible for moving folate into the cell interior.vitamin b12 is stored mainly in liver
folic acid
It is necessary for the synthesisof nucleic acid and for cell replication.it is also stored in liverdeficiency of folic acid in our body can cause impaired maturation of red blood cells.the main source of folic acid are milk and fruits.
