According to the 2016 Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, only individuals who are visually challenged (poor vision and blindness) and have a disability percentage of 40 or more are eligible for MBBS reservation benefits.
You won't receive any profit from any reservations anyplace if the percentage is less than 40.
