eye size gets small due to use for glass ?

Eye size doesn't get smaller, it just appears smaller due to use of glass.

Farsight often requires magnifying lenses with a high instructions to upgrade near vision, whereas nearsighted glasses decrease the size of your retina to help with faraway vision and  that can make your eyes appear smaller than usual.

Your eyes might look smaller behind the lenses but they remains of the same size. So, don’t panic if your eyes shrink when you wear a glass. When you take off your glasses, your eyes will be back to standard size.

Hey!! It's a myth that eyes become smaller due to the use of glasses. Your eyes just might seem to be smaller behind the glasses due to the lenses that occupy those spaces between your eyes and the world. This could be due to the high or medium myopia state where lenses are designed in such a way that way seems to make your eyes look smaller. Also, after taking off your glasses, you might feel that your eyes are kind of like smaller than before or swelling. That's because of the power correction that doctor has prescribed you which makes it quite uncomfortable when without specs. So it's always advisable to keep up a healthy routine with your eyes and opticals usage.
