If you failed in 10th no problem, just clear out the backlog and go according to the career you need. Unless you clear your backlog you won't be getting admission into few reputated college's so first clear your backlog.

You can choose any of the course you need in +2, MPC if you want to be engineer, CEC if you want to be in business field, BIPC if you want want to go in medical field. You can even go for Diploma if you want to get specialized in one course. Plan accordingly
