I will give you the fee structure of IIT Madras for BTech course. Different IITs may have different fee structure.
Considering you are OBC-NCL student with parental income less than Rs5L per annum; here is the structure:
- Tution fees- Rs 33333
- Other fees- Rs 8297
Total Rs 41630

I'll have to do research on the webpages of IITs as the annual fee has changed. It's better if YOU yourself visit the websites of IITs individually to get a better idea.
