Hello aspirant,
Firstly if we talk about fees, so every college and university have different fee structure, for knowing the accurate fee you will have to mention the name of that college or university.
Although average fee is 10 to 60 lakhs depends upon the college or university (talking about USA).
Procedure is that you will have to complete your graduation that is from computer science branch. Then you will have give entrance exam, then you will get college according to your score in that entrance exam.
Percentage required:-
60% + in 10+2
65% + in graduation
