Dear Hrudaya, please check if your Basic Registration has been accepted. Only those candidates whose Basic Registration has been accepted can complete the final registration. If the status shows as 'Accepted', check if you have generated the code. Only if you generate the code, will you be able to make a payment and complete the final registration. If you haven't generated the code, you have to wait until February 23rd when you can generate the code and then complete the registration.
