Firebird Institute of Research in Management, Coimbatore established in year 2017. The ownership of the college is private. The college has approval as Autonomous. The course offered by the college is P.G.D.M. ( Post Graduate Diploma in Management ).  Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year full-time postgraduate diploma course approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Applicants will be short-listed on the basis of their CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, TANCET, GMAT or a similar score, their academic record, extra-curricular achievements and work experience. So to take admission in the college there are the other exams than CAT examination such as MAT, XAT, ATMA, TANCET, GMAT etc.. The scores of this exams are also accepted in the college to take admission in the offered course by the college.

Eligibility criteria

The candidates seeking admission to the PGDM & MBA programs should possess a graduate degree or equivalent qualification with not less than 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in any discipline obtained from a University/Institute recognized by UGC. Applicants should have completed their degrees in either 10+2+3 pattern or 10+2+4 pattern.
