for 320 Marks can I get medical seat

The cutoff for seat allotment is dependable on factors like number of student applied, difficulty level o exam ,category, seat matrix etc.

So it is difficult to predict that you will get a seat or not. As you have not mentioned your category and state by considering you as a general category student it is difficult for you to get a government mbbs seat. However You can try for private And deemed universities. Or other courses like B.A.M.S, B.H.M.S etc.
