Since you have not mentioned your category, I am supposing it to be general. Generally, the cutoffs for BHMS ranges between 300-350. However, this year it may rise above 350. Hence, you have a slight possibility of getting a seat.

There’s only one college in Telangana that offers BHMS Course:

Devs Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Ranga Reddy

Hence, I would recommend you to try for AIQ also for admission to BHMS Course.
