For 85 marks is it possible to seat in jee advance general categories

It totally depends on the cut off if you will be able to give JEE advanced or not. If we look at the cut off of last two years for the general category, then for it your result is on border. So, according to me you should first wait for the cut off only.

It may be difficult to sit with in 85 marks because this time cut off may go high because you will get 2  chance to give JEE mains and out of these two ;Highest marks will be considered for ranking .

So better to prepare well in second attempt good luck
