For 94 marks what would be mine CRL and I am a girl belong to obc ncl do I get IIT seat?

As per your marks in JEE Advanced 2019, you rank is likely to fall between 5000-6000 in OBC-NCL category (provided you qualified all the subjects). Since you mentioned your gender to be a female and JEE do have serparate reservation for girls, you are likely to get a seat in an IIT by last rounds but it can not be said with surity. You just have to fill in the smart preferences during JOSAA counselling. Good Luck.

Please visit the official website of JOSAA. You'll be able to get institute and category wise cut-off for every round of counselling. From there, you'll be able to decide the order of preferences to be filled at the time of counselling window.
