Being a final year student, a provisional certificate will be enough for you to get admission to the colleges. The provision will be that you will be fulfilling their marks criteria at your graduation marksheet. They will give you enough time to submit the same!

Dear Ankur, CAT prospectus states that for those Candidates who are studying their Final year If shortlisted for interview must show an original certificate from the  Principal/Registrar or Director of the University or Institution certifying that the candidate has obtained 50% marks or equivalent 45% in case of candidates belonging to the SC, ST and PwD category based on the latest available grades or marks. The  Candidatw  must submit an attested copy of the original certificate at the time of the interview. For such Candidates, if shortlisted for Interview, admission will be given provisionally provided they can produce an Original copy from the Principal/Registrar/Director stating that the Candidate has fulfilled the requirements for qualifying for admission at the time of giving the letter apart from the results.
