B. E marks only for eligibility for applying form... Gate score will decide u r admitted or not in iit

for admission into IITs, Btech percentages matter. But, the cut offs aren't very high. For IIT K, your Btech percentage should min. be 55%. For IITB, it should be 60% in the final year or an aggregate of 60%. Anyhow, matriculation and high school percentages have negligible role here.
