For admission to private medical colleges in Rajasthan and Maharashtra, what's the procedure? Should I register with MCC or State counseling

Hello,
As you know admission to private medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-state quota(85%) and managment quota.
The state quota is only available to students having domicile of that state and not for outsiders. If you belong to some other state , you are not eligible to get state quota seats in Rajasthan and Maharashtra.
However you can contact respective college for management quota seats but fees would be more than 40 lakhs for it.
Counselling process for most of the states has started.

No,private colleges follow state domicile rule strictly. Only management seats are open to everyone.
I want to apply through mgmt quota only so should I register for state counseling?
