For admission in NITs, IIITs and IITs, you must have an aggregate of 75 percentage(including PCM and two other subjects) if the student is a general/OBC candidate from CBSE boards. For SC/ST candidates, the aggregate should be of 65 percentage in CBSE Boards. For students belonging from other boards, to be in top 20 percentile of their respective boards is a must, for admission in NITs, IIITs and IITs. The admission is also based on performance in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
I hope this helps. In case of any further queries, ask me in the comments.
