I would recommend Madhya Pradish for MD Medicine because of greater patient inflow. The state is huge area wise with medical colleges concentrated in the cities. Moreover being in the centre they also get patient load from nearby states.
If Jharkhand, then only one name comes to mind that is RIMS, which too have a good patient inflow and good infrastructure.
