For applying jipmer ug 2019,is there any certificates/documents which should we upload along with application form?

dear aspirant,
you have to submit your category or reserved certificate/castes such as obc,sc,st,and other and OPH
category cerificate and fill your application in detail manner and submit this certificates along with application

Candidates belonging to OCI or OPH category or reserved community/castes such as OBC, SC and ST, should have to submit relevant category/caste/community certificate..
Last date for submission of application : 12 April,2019
Exam will be on 2nd June ,2019
