Age limit means that you should be less than or equal to the given range of age.

As I can see that your age is 22 years and the Age limit for the post of Asst.Engineer is 27 years for General Category , therefore YES you can apply for the post in Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL).

For this you have to fill the application first and the fees(Application) is RS.1000/-
