Hi,
From past few years since neet came, generally all the colleges related to Medical courses ask for neet qualified candidates. Some may take your ranking into consideration and some just ask you to qualify the exam. Someone who hasn't cleared the cut off it is very tough for you to get a seat. I will suggest you to start studying again and try to score higher grades in order to get into your dream college. Don't lose heart. Just work hard. Hope for the best.
