No for creamy layers there is no reservation in IIT's admission.
The reservation offered for obc candidates is only for non creamy layer. Creamy layer doesn't get any advantage of reservation.

OBC reservation is applicable only for Non-Creamy layer applicants, which is decided based on their annual income. So, you need to get it renewed every financial year. And also note that five year validity is for OBC certificate, not for the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.
Therefore, you are creamy layers can’t apply for this category.
