for example in neet ug exam if I attempted all the questions all are correct and one is wrong and one more i didn't attempt so in total how many will i get

In NEET UG exam you get +4 for every correct answer and -1 for every wrong answer while 0 marks for unattempted questions.
according to the question
you did 1 inccorrect question meaning -5 marks ( because 4 marks will be lost which was value of question and 1 marks extra as penalty)
you left 1 question meaning -4 marks( because 4 marks will be lost which was value of question and 0 for not attempting)
you did 178 question correct scoring 178 x 4= 712 marks
so your score will be 711 marks ( 5 lost for wrong answer and 1 lost for unattempted one)
